Introduction

This machine is mainly used for the extrusion of ceramic clay after training.

This machine belongs to the upper and lower separation of hard plastic extruder type. The upper and lower levels are of the same type, both of extruded structure, and are installed on the chassis respectively. The two are connected by a vacuum chamber. Mud material through the upper spiral extrusion through the sieve plate to form mud strips, in the vacuum treatment, into the lower for strong extrusion. The formed product has uniform texture, compact and high strength.

This machine is suitable for extrusion molding of special ceramics such as roller bar and honeycomb porcelain in industrial ceramics industry.
