Introduction
This machine is the key equipment of medium and high aluminum ceramic ball project, which can convert medium and high aluminum ceramic powder into ceramic ball blanks with certain density and strength to meet the requirements of producing high-quality ceramic balls.
The main body is a frame-type three-beam and four-column structure. The pressing is realized by using a clamping piston to close the mold through a movable beam, and high-pressure water applies isostatic pressure to the powder in the rubber mold.
The press forming of the porcelain ball is completed through the following three steps, the cloth-press forming-demoulding, this process is completed synchronously in a six-station rotating mold base. The rotating mold base rotates to a station, and the powder material is used to cloth the lower mold entering the cloth station through the cloth hopper. After the movable beam is closed, the powder material in the lower mold entering the pressing station is pressed by the pressurizing cylinder. At the same time, the porcelain balls in the lower mold entering the demoulding station are demoulded automatically by gravity. In this way, the process of cloth-pressing molding-demoulding is completed. The rotation and positioning of the rotating die holder are controlled by servo motor. The system adopts full closed-loop control, with high positioning accuracy and no cumulative error of repeated positioning.
The electrical control system uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) with high reliability and simple maintenance. Each action state of the press working process can be observed on the touch screen.
This machine has the advantages of advanced parameters, easy adjustment, high degree of automation and high production efficiency. It has obtained a national patent and is an ideal pressing equipment for medium and high aluminum ceramic ball projects.
